Pikfine Properties is a Dubai brokerage founded by an investor, for investors — covering the UAE off-plan market in seven languages from our office in Business Bay.
Pikfine was founded by Björn Bollfras after years of investing in UAE property himself — and meeting too many agencies optimised for the developer's commission rather than the buyer's outcome. The company was built to be the service he never found: rigorous project selection, honest yield math, and support that continues long after handover.
We deliberately stay boutique. Instead of listing everything, we maintain a curated portfolio of ten flagship projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — each verified on developer track record, escrow status, payment plan economics and realistic rental performance. When a project doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't enter the portfolio.
The team advises in English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Arabic and Hindi — because property decisions of this size deserve to happen in your own language. From the first call to Golden Visa stamps and first tenancy, one team carries you through the entire journey.
My vision is to offer a service that is far better than anything I myself experienced as an investor. For years, I have been active in the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates and have set myself the goal of founding an agency that can share our experience across many language regions to spare our potential clients any stress and miserable experiences that I have endured.
