DAMAC Islands 2 is the second phase of a master community in Dubailand that received the Guinness World Record for the highest revenue from a property launch in 24 hours in Phase 1 (AED 10B day-one). The concept is built around eight thematic clusters, each recreating the nature and atmosphere of legendary island destinations of the world: from Caribbean Bahamas and Bermuda to Pacific Tahiti and Maui, and the newest Antigua with Mauritius.
The territory hosts over 45 amenity zones: aqua dome, jungle river, hot spring spa, floating yoga decks, overwater wedding venue, fruit market, wildlife park, kayaking/paddle-boarding/zip-line hub. The signature attraction is a whispering waterfall with sensor-controlled cascade and pathways for wooden kayaks. Lagoon beaches come in two types: turquoise blue Antigua lagoons with direct water access and emerald botanical Mauritius lagoons with glass-walls villas.
The product mix targets family end-users and investors: 4-5BR townhouses from 2,186 sqft with a minimum price of AED 2.75M (automatically clears Golden Visa threshold of 2M), 5BR twin villas from 2,829 sqft, and ultra-private standalone 6BR villas of 6,276 sqft (only in Bahamas and Bermuda clusters).
