DAMAC Islands 2 is the second phase of a master community in Dubailand that received the Guinness World Record for the highest revenue from a property launch in 24 hours in Phase 1 (AED 10B day-one). The concept is built around eight thematic clusters, each recreating the nature and atmosphere of legendary island destinations of the world: from Caribbean Bahamas and Bermuda to Pacific Tahiti and Maui, and the newest Antigua with Mauritius.

The territory hosts over 45 amenity zones: aqua dome, jungle river, hot spring spa, floating yoga decks, overwater wedding venue, fruit market, wildlife park, kayaking/paddle-boarding/zip-line hub.
