Overview

Lunaya is a signature project of Zaya Group led by Nadia Zaal, the same team that created Al Barari ("the green heart of Dubai"), Nurai Island in Abu Dhabi and Zuhha Island. The name comes from Luna — the moon — a symbol of rhythm, reflection and renewal. The architectural curves are inspired by lunar phases, while lagoons and water canals flow through the landscape like tides.

The heart of Lunaya is a 900,000 sqft swimmable crystal lagoon (larger than 20 Olympic pools), surrounded by 500 exclusive 4-5BR villas.
