Overview
Mr C Residences Downtown is Dubai's first full-fledged implementation of a branded Cipriani family residence. This is not a licensing deal: design and service standards are fully prescribed by the Cipriani family, who have spent 90 years shaping the legendary culture of Harry's Bar (Venice, since 1931), Cipriani Wall Street, Mr C Beverly Hills.
Architecture by Arquitectonica (Bernardo Fort-Brescia), the same firm that designed Westin Times Square, Conrad New York Downtown and Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas. 71 floors, 365 metres — CTBUH supertall classification. Interiors by 1508 London with a portfolio including Bvlgari Resort Bali, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, Four Seasons Madrid.
Location — Sheikh Zayed Road directly at the height of Burj Khalifa: 5 min walk to Dubai Mall, 7 min to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro, 8 min to DIFC. Every unit from 2BR has a private terrace with views of Burj Khalifa or Marina skyline. The top 22 penthouses form the Nobile Collection — triplex/duplex with double-height living, dual-aspect glazing and concierge service from Mr C Hotels.
