Alta is a specialist developer of branded supertall residences, assembling A-list creative teams around hospitality brands. For Mr. C Residences Downtown it paired the Cipriani family (Mr. C Hotels, Harry's Bar heritage) with architects Arquitectonica and interior studio 1508 London — the team behind Bvlgari and Mandarin Oriental properties.
The result is Dubai's first Cipriani-branded address: a 71-storey, 365-metre tower on Sheikh Zayed Road with full Mr. C hotel-style service, handover Q4 2026, residences from AED 8.1M.
