Overview

Mercedes-Benz Places — the world's first architectural realization of the Mercedes-Benz brand, embodied as a 65-storey supertall tower at 341 m in the very heart of Downtown Dubai. This is not "apartments with a logo" — the Mercedes-Benz Design Team designed the building from scratch on the principle of "Sensual Purity" (the same philosophy that defines the lines of the S-Class and EQS): curved facade, metallic tones, reflective glass, aerodynamic silhouette. The architecture references automotive DNA — and does so not at the level of stylization, but at the level of a system of proportions.

Inside — 4.2 m ceilings, walnut veneer, fluted travertine, satin chrome, leather surfaces. The palette is built on black and silver, like the interior of an S-Class Maybach. Residences range from 2BR to penthouses and three-storey triplexes with ~150 units in total, making the project ultra-rare. Each residence has a private pool and panoramic windows overlooking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera.

Locationally — Downtown Dubai prime, 5 min to Burj Khalifa, walking distance to Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera.
